Your scope of duties:
- You will lead deployments & deployment teams at our clients in their Manufacturing Excellence transformation
- You will support our clients in implementing transformations in Manufacturing
- You will be key contributor in client engagements and progressively initiate and lead work streams to provide high quality services in line with EY’s proven global methodologies and tools
- You will support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts for our practice, whilst also actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships
Our requirements:
- Significant experience in one of the following areas of manufacturing: Operational Excellence / P&G IWS / TPM or at a management consultancy (manufacturing excellence focus)
- Experience in leading projects and project teams at the area of manufacturing excellence
- Experience gained in one of the sectors: Consumer Products or Life Science
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regionally (Europe) up to 80%
- Analytical thinking
- Degree in engineering, science or supply chain
- Professional certifications such as: Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, etc. are a plus
- Fluency in English is a must – this role requires working with international clients on a daily basis
- Another European language will be a benefit (German / French / Spanish)
